Who we are

Our website address is: https://warebits.com. We are a small, indie development shop not really interested in details about your personal life. With that said, we do use products that can possibly track information about you depending on how they are configured. We use the following tools for development, security and ads. EventsSee Privacy Policy Android

If you use EventsSee, our Gig Event Management Android Application, we have a feature which allows EventsSee to access your contacts. This functionality is opted in by the user. Opting in will allow  EventsSee to have access to your contacts information for use within the application only.

The available contact information: phone numbers, email addresses, profile picture will be available to the EventsSee application for in app use only.

EventsSee can use your contacts information for:

  • Event Contacts – assigning a contact to an event
  • Location Contacts – assigning a contact to a location venue
  • Team Member Contacts – assigning 1 or more contacts to a team

As you create events, your contacts will be used for the different points of contact in the EventsSee app as described above. Access to your contact information is for application functionality only. Your contacts information is not transmitted from the application.

Warebits has no interest in your personal contact information other than use within the EventsSee app.

EventsSee Google Calender API (OPTIONAL)

If you use EventsSee, our Event Management Android Application, we have a feature which allows users to export events in EventsSee to their primary Google calendar. The Warebits EventsSee app does not use this information other than to export the events into your primary Google calendar. This exported event information contains the date and time, description and location of the event. The user can control whether this information is transmitted to their primary Google Calendar and which event(s) are transmitted. By default no event information is sent unless the user specifies to do so.

EventsSee Google AdMob 

If you use EventsSee, our Event Management Android Application, ads served by Google AdMob will be displayed on the home page as a bottom banner. We have attempted to limit some types of ads (dating for example, etc). When using EventsSee an application ID is transferred from your device for sending ads to your device.

EventsSee RevenueCat (OPTIONAL)

If you use EventsSee, our Event Management Android Application, billing services like in-app purchases and subscription services are processed through RevenueCat. This service maintains receipts and billing information for any purchases you make in EventsSee. This information is necessary for restoring purchases from within the app and enabling in-app purchases. Detailed RevenueCat privacy information is available:

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Your contact information supplies us with the IP address, location and information supplied by you for contact to us. We only use this information to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We do not use this information for anything else. Contact messages and response email and names are not stored on this web page.
